This popular pub located in Jersey City required necessary renovation to its kitchen ventilation and sprinklers to be up to date with code requirements.  

The Shore House

The Shore House formally know as MaGee's West Side Tavern has a historical background related to  a famous ship wreck of "The John Minturn" where survivors were cared for at the Shore House.  This was a major gut renovation of the interior providing additional open bar space and restaurant seating.  

River Palm
Edgewater, NJ

This addition to the original River Palm Restaurant in Edgewater, N.J. was their first addition that included expansion and renovation of the kitchen and expansion of the parking lot by acquiring the property in the rear of the site and removing the house that was there. .
