School No. 1
Fort Lee, NJ

Fort Lee School No. 1: Facade restoration - the original brick constructed in the turn of the century was deteriorating shortly after construction. The remedy at that time was to cover the brick with a brick face stucco that was dangerously falling apart.  The new facade was applied after removing the stucco and solidifying the original brick and installing a new facade well anchored to the conditioned masonry.  We uncovered and preserved an inscription cut in limestone of a quotation by Ben Franklin " Prepare Today for What Thou Wouldst Be Tomorrow" covered for more than 40 years.

Nyack Boat Club
Nyack, NY

The Nyack Boat Club constructed in 1909 was a victim of the ravaging winds of Super Storm Sandy. Tearing off the exterior deck and roof overhang the club house was left in shambles. We were able to reconstruct the deck and overhang to be structurally sound and sustainable.
